2. Free technical guidance and training

After sales, we will send the operation instruction and video to you at the same time. If you have need, our engineer can supply free technical guidance for you online.You also can come to our factory, and our engineer can make training and trail running the drilling rig for you.

3. Trouble clearing with in 24 hours

4. 12month free warranty service and tracking service

When delivery, we will provide one set spare parts for you freely, generally it can be used for one year. According to the after-sales service commitment, within warranty period, we provide free repair guidance and free accessories. Every year, we will make tracking service, and remind you to make regular maintenance. After warranty, if the customer need extra accessories, we will ship to you with cost price.
