Because of the company’s development needs, Changge Yingchuan Machinery Co., Ltd will officially change the name to Henan Xuanhua Machinery Co., Ltd from September 1st, 2021. After the company’s name changed, the original contract, agreement and other documents will continue to be valid, and the original business relationship and service commitment will remain unchanged. Both parties shall strictly abide and perform the content of the contract earnestly, and the rights and obligations of either party shall not change in any way due to the change of our company's name.
