In 2014, a Liberian customer purchased a truck mounted water well drilling rig from us. Due to budgetary reasons, he did not purchase an air compressor from us. He rented an Atlas Copco air compressor locally. The customer shared his last month with us. The pictures and videos on the job site, although it has been 6 years, but his drill rigs are very well maintained and the work performance is stable, very happy to share the pictures and video with you.
①Rig drilling speed: 10-35m/h. we ensure customer can finish a 50-200meters borehole in a day, and a 300meters borehole in 2days.
②Low fuel consumption: 3.8litres/hour.(Oil pump we use the Germany Permco oil pump system, small enginer, low fuel consumption and high efficiency)
③Easy maintenance, only need to change the hydraulic filter every 300 hours and add butter regularly;
④TRUCK: truck size, model, horsepower can be choose according to the project needs, generally we suggest 336-371 horsepower, 6x4 truck. the truck be one can adapts several road conditions such as muddy road, sand, snowfield, upland, etc.

The different design on our Air and Mud truck mounted drilling rig
1.Independent Engine for truck and rigs;
2.Full hydraulic top-drive, which effectively reduces the wearing of the drill stem thread, and increases service life of the drill stem. A spindle with strong slag discharge capacity through large drift diameter, which makes it especially adapt the reverse circulation construction.
3.A feeding system with a large stroke, which adapts to long drill stem and long casing constructions and retracts when travel to reduce transportation dimensions.
4.Convenient stem changing mechanism,
5.The advanced and efficient hydraulic control system.
6.Efficient large torque fastening and unfastening device,
7. Capacity to drill 0-800 meter depth with 75-500mm diameter
Rotary mud and DTH drilling systems are the most common well drilling method in Ethiopia. While mud rotary is widely used for soft and medium formation soil where substantial overburden exists, DTH system is usually employed for faster drilling on medium and hard soil including rocky formations.
