and just start the water well drilling rig with the rented drilling rig in local from 2018, but because the old rig can not drill in different soil layer, which make big influence to their water business,
they consider to buy the new drilling machine at the end of 2019, plus the Covid-19, their situation is very hard and still in lockdown, but the customer told me they can not wait now,
cause they already contracted new projects from the government, it is already delay. So we try our best to save the production time for him
